It moves pretty fast in Philly DOL. It usually only takes 20 days to clear in DOL after the case transferred from SESA.

i did try that number but answering systems says that the id which i entered is not located in system. what does that mean?

how i come to know my case has certify by sesa or not

It means your case has not been cleared in SESA. If it has been transferred to DOL. It will say case received on bah...bah...
 
My lawyer just called Labor Office to check my case....

they are currently processing early April cases.
 
non-RIR processing dates at Philly DOL

Does anyone here know the current processing dates for non-RIR at Philly DOL. My case was received on Aug 16th 2001 at Philly DOL.

Labor Certified on 10/3/01 from Philly DOL

EB2 RIR, PD 4/16/01, DOL Received Date 9/20/01

Hi guys , just noticed this fantastic board, we are in the same boat...

I thought I write since I am also trying to get a GC, specifically a LC at Philly, but I am a little bit worried since it has taken a couple months now (Date of Post: April 18, 2001) since my employer applied and still no answer. The Dept of Labor did not event get it back from the Federal.

Has anyone of you experienced such things? Any answer is appreciated!
