Hey guys , does anyone still under the data review category.
My care priority date is may 15 , 2002, RIR. It was closed and reopened in septmber 2006, and still in data review since. I wonder if i'm the onlyone who'is left in data review. Thanks.....

Iam glad that ur out of atleast the BEC Business
I have not recieved the 45 Day Letter either. But my case still says "IN PROCESS".
My Question for you is -- Did u ever try to get the 45 Day Letter in between?
What did ur lawyer say / suggest you in this regard?
Any Experiences that u can share in this regard would be great.

My Case is EB2/RIR/Nov 2004/IN PROCESS.

Finally get some update on my case but it's a bad bad news. My employer received NOF from PBEC stating the following reason:
The job requirement doesn't require any work experience and only bachelor degree. Therefore, PBEC asks for
1. Resumes of all applicants
2. Letters from applicants who decline the job offer stating the reason why the job opportunity is denied
3. College transcript for those not met the requirement
4. Written statements from applicants who declined an interview

In the recruitement report that 79 applied, 51 not possess necessary skills. Out of the remaining 28, only 3 were interviewed. There's no way that the company had those information.

Ironically, several other colleagues that use the same job requirements all got approved long ago. The only difference is that I was sent to PBEC and they to Dallas.

Lawyer recommends that withdraw the labor and apply PERM without even suggesting rebut it. I'm really furious. My PD is 2002, if lose it, I'd rather not staying here keeping waiting endlessly.

Anybody has suggestion? Any suggestion is appreciated. I don't think I can get any meaningful help from the attorney.

My PD is not current yet. My PD is 18 days past June Ist,2003.

I want to get 3 yr H1/H4 extensions. That's why I am going for I-140 premium.

I'm here, data review, PD Jan/04, closed twice, last time reopened in nov/06.

What did you specifically request for from the info@ address? Did you put something specific in the subject line ?
I thought that they'd stopped responding to email info requests.:confused:
 
About RRI

My recruitment period ended on 27 may. Any idea when can i receive my RRI?
Those who got their RRI from PBEC, can u please tell me that when did u guys get ur RRI after ur recruitment period.

I also got the same message

I sent a request to this email address a week ago asking them about status of certified copies. I got the same reply as below today even though I got my approved papers on last thursday.

Whats next in the labor certification process???????

I am a new bee to this forum..Not sure about the labor certification process.
I have access to my lawyer's website to check the recent status on my labor. The latest status I have is

5/30/2007 Filed back to BEC for final approval.
5/23/2007 Recruitment Report letter and G-28 to be signed by manager sent.
5/14/2007 Signed job notice posting received.
5/14/2007 Newspaper ads received.
4/18/2007 Newspaper ad sent. Publish Dates: 4/27-29

What is next? Are they missing anything? Does anyone know how long it will take after sending Recruitment Report letter and G-28?????

45 day letter submit in january

mine case was also lost by PBEC
and my lawyer resubmit all the required document to them
and then i received my 45 day letter which i supmit on
01/26/07
and since then i have not received any thing
any one else in the same boat please email me so we can keep track of each other

I was in the same situation-but we never got 45 day letter-only NOF that we responded to in April-and also nothing yet-status showing "In Process"

Nothing special....I sent same thing as usual..
case number, my name, employer name...

At first I got the automated reply almost immediately...That was 'Go to the website to check status' etc....

Then an hour later I got second reply that I have posted...
May be someone looks at it once in a while...

The automated reply came in a few minutes...
The thing I have posted came an hour later or so...

There were in total 2 replies to the same request...

sadshaq, when did you figure out that your case was lost(and when did you resubmit your documents)? I am in the same situation like you were. My HR sent an email to the H1B7YR email address and found out that my case is closed due to nonresponse for the 45-day letter. But we never received a 45-day letter. Now my employer sent an email to the "reopenrequest" email address requesting to reopen my case. But, no response yet for that email. Could you please tell me what did you do to reopen your request? Your advice would help me to come out this crisis. Thanks.
 
H1b extension with 7 months on passport

Hi
I have to file for my 7th year extension and passport is valid for 7 more months. I have sent the passport for extension

Meanwhile will it be a problem if I file the H1b extension?
