I-134 & 9003

Sometimes they ask for I-134 for employment based category, both the form are available online.

I got the Packet for November interview some 10 days back, in that 9003 was there but not I-134.
9003 they say is yellow form but the Packet 4 contained White one.

So no problem
 
Are you filling DS230 II by Hand, because of the extra stamp

Are you scanning the new form sent by Delhi or handfilling the same.
 
interview for wife at a later date

CP Gurus...

Got a concern here. My wife is with me in US on H-4 visa currently. I am expecting my interview to be scheduled in the month of the March, or April of 2002. My problem is my wife is expecting in mid of April, because of which if the date comes after mid March or in April she would not be able to travel to India. My question is can I go for the interview alone at the allocated date and request a later date for her? How is this done?
