Medical: How much we paying for Physical check ups ?

$300 per person ($100 extra for X-Ray) in Chicago. Initially when I called the doctor they told me that it would be $150, but they charged more saying that I need vaccinations etc.

We got immuni done from County Health Dept this morning for $35/Person.
Three shots MMR, Td, HepB.
Taking record to Surgeon whose charging $250/person(medical+blood work) excluding xray.

120/person for medical and blood. 30/person (copay) for shots (td,mmr) in Dallas. I have PPO

My doc did not ask for hep B shot. Is it required ? I thought of getting it anyway but I was told that it's three shots and should be taken a month apart. Is this this true ?

eromero, can u provide details of the doctor, this is really cheap. one of my friends got done in Fremont and he paid $200 per person without xry and immunization.

These freaking docs in Jersey charged $340.. I guess it included the blood test,, but not sure bout immunization...

I paid $. 175/- for each person. (75/- examination, 40/- X-rays, 45/- aids test, 15/- syphils test) got MMR & Tdap shot for free at Brazoria County health dept.

Got it done this morning. 190 per person including DT, MMR and skin test + bloodwork. Xray may be extra, will know on Friday. Houston.

Company's gonna pick up the tab.

INS doc cost us 100$ per person incl. HIV test

Just received bill from primary physician for all the blood work we had done to prove immunizations + tetanus & polio booster shot (polio wasn't needed) = $274.06 for 1 person (with PPO!). Apparently the full costs were $554
without deducting insurance.

$375 per person in Bay area, California!

earlier received a bill for chest x-ray for around $300+

I paid $350 for blood work + X-Ray + physical exam (no vaccinations) in Winnfield, LA. Vaccinations were administered at a local health unit for $10.00.
