Let start VSC EAD new tracker.. ......... RD 8/18 no news

My lawyer says

We should wait 90 days from Notice Date. I have also talked to
IIO two days ago. She says the same thing, 90 days from ND. However,
I have seen several people on this board and other boards having their temporary EAD getting approved 90 days from their RD by going to Local INS office.
