With that we have lost track of all posted approvals !!!!!!

Labor Approved

My labor got approved finally. Here are my details :

EB3, RIR (BS + 3 yrs)
Bay Area, CA
P-04320-xxxx
PD : June 28, 2002
RD: June 1, 2003
45-day letter received and replied to in March, 2004

Approved on Jan 13, 2006. Attorney got letter today, Jan 31, 2006.

Thanks to all of you guys who posted their $.02, it was very helpful.

Another VA RIR June 2002 approval

for those in the same boat, hope this will provide some encouraging news

my case details:

EB2, RIR
state: VA
PD; 2002-6-20

I know three other coworkers who also got their labor approved at the same time. All RIR cases. The PD ranges between mar02 to Jun02.

Certifed - Jan 30 2006

Was kind worried to see dates ahead of mine getting certified for sometime.
Patience finally survived the race.

Thanks for posting approvals. I guess it would be a good idea to post them also on the BEC Priority Date Tracker Thread, because updated trackers are posted there and I am sure many people are following approvals by checking that thread.

I just got an e-mail from my lawyer that my Labor is approved. Following is the info

EB3 State:VA
PD: June 03,2002
Non-RIR, Went to regional
P.S. case was mistyped as RIR in data entry, did not follow up correct it

LC application used to be a two step process:

1- LC app received by the State and reviewed for accuracy and other details.
2- Reviewed app sent to Regional level for approval.

So "went to regional" indicates wether your app was received at the regional level or if never left the state office.

18th Months remaining in DOL Website

NEW TITLE Of BEC Web PAGE

I dont know if any of you realized but DOL web site has a HUGE

"18 MONTHS REMAINING" title.

I guess they got some complaints from various sources and trying to remind people that they are working to get there on time....

I hope they are sincere in meeting the 18 month timeline. That would have to mean the certifications are bound to come one after another starting in 2-3 months max.

When did you receive your 45 days letter. ? Does any one got labor approval without the 45days letter?
 
Status for VA labor

IS there a FIFO rule for the labor approvals? Did anyone receive a labor approval without a 45days letter? What is the date range gooing on for the labor approval?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
 
IS there any relation to when the labor application was received in backlog center with the labow approval. I see that people you and other folks who applied in June 2002 have received the labor. I have applied in May 2002 in EB2, RIR with nol news so far.. Even I haven't received the 45days letter.

Any help??
