My company is large... approx 100,000 employees and it does not like to give our too much information. I will have to hound HR for more information. BTW, my PD is May 15.

Why there is big jump in Case #s June 8th to June 14th What could be the reason? New numbering or Big volume of applicants ?? Any one can reply for this...

CISCO application withdrawn

A friend of mine had applied way back in March and in July SESA asked his company lawyers proof that they need to sponser him in light of the fact that CISCO had laid off so many people. Hence, his lawyers decided to withdraw the application. They will try to refile the application after 6 months i.e in Feb or March (it was EB2 RIR). SESA never rejects the application it asks for proof or else you can withdraw the application.
