what happens in the meantime when conditional GC expires and person is still waiting for the I751 approval? Can you still use the conditional GC with 751 pending notice?
Never mind ...I will answer my question myself...expired conditional GC & pending 797C notice is enough to travel internationally. Also, you can visit local USCIS office for I551 stamp.
I personally think that paralegals are not needed for this kind of process. If you were to get denied for i751 or any other form then I will suggest that you get one. As far as filing forms it's pretty easy especially i751.
