I-751 Petition

Hello,

I submitted my I-751 last month for the removal of condition on my GC obtained through marriage. USCIS approved it just recently and I received a notice in the mail stating "We have extended the validity period on your Form I-551, Permanent Resident Card (GC)....." but I didn't receive an actual card in the mail. Does that mean they are still processing it?

Are you sure the I-751 has been approved, or is it the extension notice you’re confusing as an approval? Never heard or such an approval within a month.
 
You probably got the I-751 receipt, which serves as a 48-month extension letter (meaning that the I-751 receipt plus your expired green card together will serve as a valid green card until 48 months after your green card expired). The actual I-751 will take about 2 years to approve. You will not get a new card until the I-751 is approved, years from now.
