Can I go to Chinese embassy after I got my asylum status

I have got my asylum status. But the problem is, my wife want to get divorce with me, and she is in China. So i have to delegate a attorney in China to help me to get divorce. And in order to do that, I have to go to Chinese Embassy in US to fill a form and get their authentication on that form. So I have to provide my passport and green card.
So the question is:
1. Since I have got the asylum status, can I use the Chinese passport again? Will USCIS take my status back? Because I know if I use my Chinese passport to travel to other country, the US custom will not let me get back again.
