Do we have to inform NSC after AC140 approval Hi Gurus; I was wondering if we/lawyer have to inform NSC after AC140 approval, especially from Mumbai because then AC140 would have been done without I824 approval. Please let me know your thoughts.

With your IV package, the consulate must have stamped IV in your passport. I think that should be enough to travel and dont need and transit visa...gurus please correct me if I am wrong...

so does that mean...one who doent have valid H1 and is using EAD, cannot apply 824 route.... or if once 824 submitted cannot work till he gets his interview and GC for according to your post his EAD in invalidated on application of 824....
