    Unfortunately, it will not work. I-140 is employer specific, the petitioner is your employer and you are the beneficiary, hence they cannot divulge the I-140 receipt number to you.

    His case was semi concurrent. That is though I-140 and I-485 was not filed on the same time, however I-485 was filed before I-140 was adjudicated. His I-485 was filed on Nov 28, 2004.
