I-140 VSC EB2 Category with ND 05/28/04 got *Approved* on 11/30/04

Hi ,
One of my friend got his I-140 approved today. It was filed on a substituted Labor , under EB2 Category with ND 05/28/04. The case got Approved on 11/30/04.

Was his a concurrent application? If yes, what is the status of 485? Can you please post all the information. Thanks.

Also, do you know his PD? And if he had completed his FP (if in fact, his was concurrent)?

His case was semi concurrent. That is though I-140 and I-485 was not filed on the same time, however I-485 was filed before I-140 was adjudicated.
His I-485 was filed on Nov 28, 2004.

Congratulations to him! That gives more hope to the EB-2 cases...
Also, do you know his PD? And if he had completed his FP (if in fact, his was concurrent)?

I don't know what is 'PD' , kindly elaborate.
His I-485 was just filed on end of November, and no FP notice was received so far.

Hello - Please post your updates, if you are EB2 waiting for I-140 and I-485 updates.

My I-140/I-1485 - Receipt Date:RD : March2004.
FP done on 11/5 and 11/13.
LastUpdate I-485 - 11/15/2004(but message not updated anything about fingerprints). My lawer confirmed that mine was applied under EB2.

Could you confirm any of you got approvals , I-140/485 applied concurrently around Jan/FEB/March 2004 under EB2....
