What kind of jobs can be offered on an H1b visa from a Non-Profit organization? Does it have to be IT related? can it something like an events coordinator? How about degree requirements? I can't find any such info! :(

How long is it taking to get an H1b transfer Receipt?

When they renew the EAD, what is start and end date they give.. Is it from the original date for 1 year or is it from when you apply for a renewal? :confused:

I just got my H1 extension and transfer approved. (waiting for actual notification) My six on H1 years expire tomorrow! (wow I just realized that) :p I had applied for 3 year extension H1 and H4 (waiting for actual notification) Took the process 2 months. I did not file any thing for AC-21...
