NOF - Work Experience - please help!!!!

I received a NOF from the DOL ATL today.
This is regarding work experience. My only experience before working for this current company is working 2 years for a different branch in India. The lawyer did show it as a different job though.

Any one experience this before? What is the chance of LC being denied
