Does anyone know how they process RFEs for BC? In my case they requested a legible copy of my original BC in foreign language. Will they forward it to an officer that knows that language? How they define what language it is in? My country of citizenship is Israel, the BC is in Russian...

Felt very excited when received RFE, answered it and a couple of weeks later received email from NSC that they got it. After that LUD was changing for a couple of days (see my signature) in a row and then it stopped on 03/31 and died. :( Any way to check what happens there?

NSC received my I-485 RFE response on 03/28 and updated the LUD and the status accordingly. On 03/29 the LUD changed again (no status change though). What actually happens at this stage? Does this LUD change means that they are working on my case, or simply means that they've moved my file...
