Since you are in residency program EB1 OR is out of question. You need to file NIW or EB1A. But since most of the work is same file for both especially if you are from retrogressed country.
If you are doingNIW then also do EB1A also becuase most of the work done for them is same. So it is matter of of few hundred bucks.
