But the new updated processing time says that it is processing EB3 on Aug. 12, 2002. It is EB2 processing May 31, 2002. Are you sure that she said it is for EB3????

EAC03 has wide range which includes all of the cases filed since Oct. 1st, 2002.

So I guess that you talked about ND (Notice Day) because your case will be on system with your case # only after you are noticed. As mentioned before, it takes about one month.

I am assuming that you asked RD. It takes about 3 days - one week(depending on type of mails). If it is ND, it takes about one month. If it is AD, it could take one month - over one year based on the information we had.

Re: hi begrycakk Once your wife file I-485, I would suggest that she also file H4 immediately. Based on Feb. 28th's memo from INS, everything your wife got (I-765, I-485 etc) will be invalid if your I-140 deny. She will lost status if this happens but apply for H4 would elimulate this problem.
