I received courtesy copy of 485 approval notice for myself and wife. The courtesy copy said that original approval notice will be sent to lawyer. The lawyer received the original approval notice for wife but not for myself. Can I go for passport stamping with my courtesy copy only.

In Hartford, will they allow me and wife with one Infopass appointment taken in my name. I am the primary applicant.

Has anybody left US after 485 approval before passport stamping and then was able to re-enter US later. Whether with H1B or advance parole or any other means.

My 485 approval notice came on 16th May. Is there a time limit within which we have to take the infopass appointment and get the passport stamping. Is it OK if we take infopass appointment after 4-5 weeks of getting the approval notice.

My 485 ND is 05/14/04. Vermont is currently processing 05/06/04. Based on processing dates I expect my 485 approval anytime in next few weeks. For some official work I am in UK for last 6 weeks. I came to UK after completing my FP on 02/17/05. I may need to stay in UK for another 4 weeks...

Hi All, My non-concurrent 484, EAD and AP were filed on 05/14/04. Today I saw that the LUD was changed to 07/15/04 for EAD and AP. But the status and message are exactle as before. So why they have updated the LUD when nothing has changed. :confused: Thanks
