I got approved today. Received 4 emails from USCIS instead of one. Still waiting for wife's approval


Labor Substitute case.
Non-concurrent I-140 RD 03/12/03 AD 03/29/04
FP 02/17/05

can you pl. give more details. i had given fingerprinting on 02/17/05 and waiting for approval. did u call vsc before approval. any details u can share much appreciated

CALLED VSC ON 05/04 AND i WAS TOLD EVERYTHING READY ON YOUR CASES AND WAITING FOR SOME BODY TO PICK IT UP
 
I simply waited

After FP on 02/17/05, the status chaged on 03/01/05 (FP received) and LUD again changed on 03/15/05 but no change in message. Last week when I saw that USCIS is processing cases of 06/3/2004 and my ND is 05/14/04, i called on the USCIS number but the automated message told me that I should not contact them if my LUD was in last 60 days. So I was thinking of calling them again on 15th May (60 days after 15th Mar.) but yesterday I got the magic emails.
