Hi KK, I don't mean to discourage you, but, I don't think you will get the extensions with your NEW Company? Check with attorney...... why I am saying is, those 140 or LC are applied by your ex-employer and the H1 should be from the same employer?? Thanks! LC_NEEDED

use EAD Hi, That is correct...........she can use EAD until she gets the plastic. Whatever happens with GC, thats for good........anyhow you have to pay for the H4, right? Why don't you pay that for EAD renewals then?? I would say it is better to be on EAD.........use your best...

hi KK Hi KK, I am sure you don't need to worry about that RFE.......since I see and listen so many people talked about it......I am sure this RFE is about your salary history and to verify to see you are still with the same employer..... BTW, my 140 got approved on 5/10 which is 5 months...
