i got approved in october 15 ,the file was sent to nvc ,i just paid my visa and I 864 FEES ,waiting for more action from NVC I FILED IN 2001 as a PR then i upgraded my case in may 2003 hope that help

that what i did ,i went to the county clerk office ,she gave me a form to fill up ,paid 30$and an additional of 50$. they will tell it may take 6 weeks ,but in fact its 14 days . don't waiste you moey in overnight mail or expediate mail service unless its an emergency .good luck

i received my passport within 14 days ,no express mail or extra charges ,i followed somebody advice ,they said it takes 6 weeks to process,but in fact (and i am not the only one ) it takes generaly about two weeks .so ,unless its an emergency don't waiste your money
