We are now eligible to file N-400 for me and my wife after 5 yrs of GC. Our Sons have GC and completed 5 yrs same as us. But they are minor (16 and 13 yrs). Do I need to file N-400 or N-600 for them. If N-600 then under what clause, as we are not citizen yet?

I landed in July 2nd week and applied PR card at port of entry but I have not received the PR card. Is any one in same situation? It more than 2 months but PR card is not received at my friend's address. The problem is 800 # does not work from US. Is any one got PR card after landing 6/28?
