Revalidation of H1 and H4

For revalidation of Visa, I understand that I do need to submit form DS157. Is this form required for my wife and sons(8 and 6 yrs)?

No. Only Male applicants ages 16 to 45 need to fill out DS-157. However all applicants need to fill out DS-156.
