I have applied for N-600 for my sons (age 16 & 14) in Atlanta. Got a RFE yesterday asking for Certified English translation of Marriage certificate. I do have "Certificate of Marriage" in English. Do I need to send a copy or get it notorized. What is meaning of cerified?

If it is English, then you don't need certified translation. I think all they need is the marriage certificate. If you have it send it.
Some times if you have marriage certificate written in a language other than English they will ask you to send in a certified translation, which means someone who is certified in that language must translate it. in other words there are certified translators who certify certain language...good luck
