As I heard - should not be problem. If labour is cleared and filed for 140 you can extend H1b. Else there are ways you can file for your GC also. Check with your attorney. In you case there should not be problem as long as the lc is cleared with in your six year expiration.

To my little knowledge As I understand as long as u have included their names and spouses are in valid visa status it does not matter.... better check with ur attorney they will be able to reply with in few minutes

Hi if you got agood attorney and a good company backing You can file directly for I140 without alabour certification in EB2. It all depends on how fast you have completed your PHd. This one of my Freidns experience.

August 20th processed at SESA HI, One of my freinds Case with PD transferred to SF DOL Fifteen days before as per his attorney\'s info. He donot have any details of case number and dates.
