    A few questions about Application

Hi, I have the following questions. I appreciate if you can help any of them 1. It seems that all I need to do is just mail N-400, photo copies of green card and also e-Notification of application. In the new policy, I don't need to take and mail and photos, right? In M-477, it says you...

Do I have to stay in US for more than half years to apply for citizenship?

In the last 5 years, I have been in the US for more than 6 months every year. I plan to go back to my home town for new year and come back in March and then submit application for US citizenship. Is this ok? Or I have to stay for more than 6 months next year before applying for citizenship? Thanks!

    Q22 in I-130

I found this information somewhere else. I think I will follow: Not everyone is eligible to adjust to immigrant status in the US, so they're hoping you'll save them the time to look it up if you're not. Plus, if you get it wrong, they'll send the petition to the nearest USCIS office rather...

    I-131 supporting document

Dear all, I am filing AOS for my mother. And we are filing I-131 together. I am confused with the statements on Page 4 about what must be attached if you are filing for Advance Parole Document and you are in US (page 4 of I-131 instruction). Does it mean either (a+b) or (c) or (d) or (e)...

I have asked similar question before but this is a simplified one: I am doing AOS for my mother. Of course, she's in US now and living with me for about 3 months.
