Hi,
1. After obtaining the Green Card, is that as long as one doesn't leave US for more than 6 months, he/she can keep the Green Card even the average them he/she spend in US is less than half? E.g. 6 months outside of US 3 months in US and repeating.
2. It also seems to me that if one has spent most of the time in US in the last 5 years (e.g. 2/3 of the time), it is ok to leave US for as long as 1 year to maintain the Green Card, right?
3. And if the Green Card got revoked because of leaving US for too long, can we apply again in the future if we have proper reason (e.g. take care family member overseas)?
4. If apply for re-entry permit, can one apply again after 2 years?
