Do you by any means have your confirmation number when you filled the online form? Then you can check your status online and maybe find out your case number. This is such a sad thing to have won the lottery and not be able to do anything about it...

Iriis1305, If you fill the application with your husband and win the lottery, and later on want to apply alone, you have to change your status as separated/divorced. My recommendation is that you fill the application right away (with your husband) and wait for the DV result on May 1, 2011.
