Hello, My Green Card is going to Expire in March of 2010 and would like to know what documnets I need to send with the application other than copy of current Green card. Do I need to file electronically? Can I go overseas after filing and finger printing?

I want to file I-130 for my mother who is in US on a visit visa. I can file I-485 with I-130. I have a question about my sister who is 13 years old. wanted to know if I can file for her aswell with my mothers since she is only 13. Please advise. I posted a question earlier but not sure if it was posted or not. anyways I called USCIS and the 1st level support forwared my call to an IO and he said my file is farworded to a supervisor for the final decision. my question is do IO's forward files for only approvals to their supervisors or...

I understand once an IO approves the Application for naturalization (N-400), it goes to the supervisor for final approval then for oath scheduling. my question is what if IO doesn't approve it, does the file still go to the supervisor to see why it was not approved or just IO makes a decision...
