Hi--i am thinking of changing to H4 as i cldn't get into project. Could someone plz tell me what all issues i will face if i go for stamping in chennai. will they be asking my past H1 history of working here.
few doubts
will there be any problem if she goes to india and try to get her H4 stamped. i hope the chennai embassy will ask for her husband's W-2 and paystubs only. will they verify her past status on H1?? if she has stayed here out of status will they reject her visa stamping.
i was on vacation for 3 months during this last 5 years. according to u i will be able to capture these 3 months and that will make it sep 29. one more Ques---if i plan to go to india for 3 more months before my visa expires and come back ,how early shld i need to file for recapturing all these...
In my LCA, the rate is mentioned as per year and wage is also mentioned as per year. But i work with my employer on an hourly basis. From 09/01 onwards i am on bench. Is my H-1B visa out of status..???
