Go to a dermatologist and ask him for help. Her skin in her hands is probably thin and or dry. The doctor should give you creams that would help bringing the prints back. It's that simple.
Hi All, I have my I-140 approved back in january (EB3, TSC), but for some reason the laywers did not receive the letter (neither it was electronically updated I found out this today talking with the laywers).
I talked to them and they told me they talked to USCIS to see what happened with...
*** This is a I-140 post but since the threads of I-140 are not active I posted it here since I know there's many people that did the TN-GC route and this is part of it****

Hi all,
I'm under my second TN (1st for 1 year, then law changed and I got 2nd for 3 years) and it will be expiring January 31st 2012.
So they will be filing for my 3rd TN (by the end of year PP) that would start on February 1st 2012. My canadian passport expires July 20th 2012 which is...
You both have GC right now. It's been mentioned in this forum that they are invalidating (by mistake) i-94, going to the nafta countries (Mexico or Canada) or outside NorthAmerica, and that they ask for all documentation to issue a new one. THAT is the reason I POSTED this question. Right now...
The only time I've been outside US since I'm working here was to Montreal once and they didn't retrieve the I-94 so it's easier.
I feel safer keeping separate from my passport the I-94 and presenting it on my way back - could this cause any issue?
I do want to visit my country of origin in South America. The airline will remove the I-94 if they find it stapled in my passport. I never stapled it because the one I have was issued by USCIS, it's inside the passport, just loose not stapled. Options:
1) when traveling south remove the...
I'm on a TN - I would like to go visit Montreal , my GC process is on its way, EB3 waiting on I-140. Is there any risks of running into issues on my way back home in Florida?
Thanks
Sorry, I guess I thought you might know about it..if you don't know it's ok...you could have said so..or not answer at all if you didn't feel like..there is no obligation to answer... in this forum are all people on a TN trying to get a GC and E2 is the way to go, and we are all canadian and...
Hi Folks, I hope everybody is doing well.
I need your advice on something. It turns out quite difficult to get sponsored on eb2 row these days with only a Bachelors degree.. so I decided it might be a good idea to take an intense one year masters degree in MTL (where my friends and my llfe was...

In the case that I would decide to wait until having the PERM under EB3 finished and approved and THEN switch jobs, would I be able to recapture the PD from this approved EB3 PERM to continue with the process under EB2 (i-140)? Or should I start the process from scratch on EB2 and file an EB2...
