No Title per the IIO, it got cancelled because it\'s a company name change , RFE ordered 2 days before AC-2 and a suporvisor sent it back to the officer for reconsidering the RFE based on the the new regulations.

When an IIO inform me of an RFE and another IIO inform my spouse about an RFE, does that mean two different RFEs one for me and another one for my wife ???

an IIO told me that if the case is a company change name and an RFE ordered before the regulations June 20, the RFE will be PENDING till and Officer (within 60 days ) look into the case and decide if the RFE reuired or not .... another stupid delay
