Please help! FP expiring (Company Name Change Case)

Hi Guys. I have done my FP in August 2000. My case is Company Name change and it is still hold/pending/reviewing/withofficer and continues.... Now it may go into same loop because my FP expiring. How to bring this to INS attention. Is there any way to ask INS to send second FP notice. Your help very much appriciated.

Hi vict_1998! Are sure it is 18 months! I have confused with conflicting reply from different lawyers i,e 12 months,15 months and 18 months. I don\'t know whom to belive
