Hello, I am a F1 Visa holder and recently got my H1B Visa approved. The start date on my H1B is October 19 2006. Can I get my stamping done at the consulate prior to the start date (like September 25) or do I need to wait till after October 19 to get my Visa stamped. Thanks.
