It may be a long wait... I have seen some posts where they got their stamping done in July/August and are still waiting for the plastic cards. I hope we dont have to wait 6 months to get the card. Last year a lot of people got their cards within a few weeks of stamping.

No need for ... There seems to be no need to show them your company letter . They did not ask mine. But as long as the Tax-ID number of your company remains the same u are safe. If that number changes, u might have to apply for Amended I140. This will not effect your current processing.

Dont Worry ! My company also changed its name after I filed for my 485. I got approved on 11/04 without any RFE and so did a lot of my co-workers. There should be no problem in your case too.
