Was able to get stamped yesterday at Philly.
Got to the INS office at 8.00 am. Had to stand outside in cold rain till 9.15.
Got the ticket by 10.15 am.
Had to lay around till 3.30 for out number.
After that it just took 10 mins for the whole process.
Were out by 4 pm.
My advice to guys going to INS Philly - get there only at 2.pm after half a day of work. there is no line after 2 and you should be able to get out by 5 .
