diaperchange, My I-94 says d/s. And my d/s form says last day as 30th Novemeber. So, in this case, do I have to leave on the day mentioned on the d/s form or I get 30 day grace period by default.I want to avoid asking for a one month extension.

Piyush 204, Did you have to go through sponsor's views stage. Because that is the stage which takes the most time. I am still at the sponsor's views stage when my sponsor has already sent the favourable recommendation to DOS on June 6th. I dont know what they are doing with my documents!!!!!!!

It generally takes 2 weeks minimum. And even if they receive it they might not update it. Dos received my NOC within 10 days. So I think you are fine for now.
