I recently applied for AOS. My son is on H-4 and is 7yr old. He does not have a SSN. Do I have to wait till AOS is completed to apply for his SSN? He has TIN now. Thanks

Ask your doctor. Another way to see that you are immunized is to get your MMR titre in blood checked which will show that you are immune or have taken vaccination in the past. But you have to ask your INS physician if that is an option. Otherwise you have get your immunization record I guess.

My attorney sent in G-325A forms to be filled up. I found it difficult to fill in as you have to press very hard for all four copies to be legible. I also made some mistakes. Anybody submitted the fillable forms available over the internet? Any problems encountered?

Local IRS Office How do I find out where my local IRS office is?

My attorney has asked for last 3yrs tax returns and IRS tax printouts from local IRS office. I have the tax returns but any idea what these IRS printouts are? Did any body submit it for AOS?

Thanks Amar. One more question. Did you submit all the page of the tax return or the first two pages showing your income and taxes paid. It seems there are quite a few pages including itemized deductions etc. Do I have to send all.

Do I have to submit W-2 forms as my wife is the Primary applicant and I am the beneficiary. Does she have to submit income tax returns too? This is for AOS.

I am preparing to submit I-485 but found my son\'s H-4 approval notice is missing 1998-1999. I have his visa stamp on passport for the same duration as well as I-94 on reentry to USA. Is it sufficient?
