Hello everybody,
Mine and my spouse case got approved on July 7th 2004 (yesterday). Thank you everyone for wonderful support you all had given me during the course of waiting for approval. It took five years to hear the final words "approved".

info on my case: I485 RD:9/02, FP1:11/02, FP2:05/04, EAD applied 2 times, actually preparing documents to file EAD for 3rd time (but no need now).

I wish everyone good luck and in due course of time everyone will see good days.

To DSatish (wrt immigrationportal.org), I was planning to contribute for immigrationportal.org this week or week of 7/15th. My case approval may not change my decision, you shall receive my contribution and thank you for the wonderful support contributed by you.

Thank you Mr. Rajiv Khanna for the wonderful site immigrationportal.com, which brought everyone so close even thou we may not meet each other or see each other. We owe you a lot, you should run for senate, You already won hearts of many here you shall will win there also.

Once again thank you all for your support though out the process.

Congratulations!!

CONGRATS Yudhister. Nice to see that all the known people are getting freed from the INS Jail.
I agree that Rajiv Khanna needs to stand for a Senate race, atleast for Virginia State Senate. He has helped us by giving us unconditional freedom to discuss what ever we want (unlike Murthy etc who does not allow free discussion). Without his lawsuit, we might still be seeing the 2001 approvals. He is spending all his time and putting his lawyers on the lawsuit while paying them from his pocket. This is unbelievable free service and we all owe him a thousand thanks. Initially i have tried to pursuade him to accept some sort of Fees from us, from the fund that we are collecting, but he refused. He said that he had enough money to fight for our cause and he is doing this to help us because nothing else (other than a lawsuit) will wake them (INS) up. Though he gets name out of this exercise, that won't compensate for the heavy financial loss that this lawsuit will result in. That is one reason nobody has ever filed a class action lawsuit for free of cost against INS.

yudhister,
I think that your decision to contribute to ip.org has triggered your approval :D . On a serious note, you may contribute a nominal amount of around $25 instead of bigger amounts because we may not be able to hire a lobbying firm with the limited money we have and we are in the middle of re evaluating our plans on how to spend the money.
