Yuck! second FP doesn't mean approval

I just found a eac02067 case,

first FP 2/6/02, second FP 6/17/02, get RFE today!

So second FP doens't mean you'll get approved in 1.5 months.

More suspense!

probably, some changes in applicant's info was detected, e.g., early 2nd FP (i mean earlier than the designated FP date w/o proper reason) and AC11,21..etc, after the 2nd FP notic.

2nd FP and RFE are TWO completely separate issues.

That's just my observations based on ppl posted on this board.
However, this case maybe not assigned to officer before 2nd fp
was issued. This guy may did his 2nd FP according to schedule.
