yours opinion abot my chances

Hello everybody on the best asylee forum ever.
I would ask you people what would be my chanches for asylum?I was victim of political harasment in my country 10 years ago(completly inosent spent time in prison becouse refused military service,have documentation).Now i have visa for USA and i am thinking about asylum becouse the situatuio in my country is still the same.What you think people about my chances?

It is hard to tell without more details of the story. However, the main question would be: Are you still NOW receiving harrasment and threats? NOW? no 10 years ago, NOW? If you are currently in this conditions then you have a good chance.

On the other hand if the harrasment happened 10 years ago then your chances are very low.
 
thanks people,
since 10 years ago i am,technicaly,hidding by working for cruise comany.Things are the same in my country for exm. few days ago i have been attacted by unknown person(police report valid) and that event made me to thik about asylum.
