I am kind of confused on this particular issue :

A disorderly conduct charge , Is it a crime or a violation and does it need to be mentioned in the N-400 application or not ?

regardless it is a crim or a violation, i am sure the subject was "arrested". therefore, the subject needs to report it on the N400 form.

by the way, even the arrested record is sealed, you still have to report it on the n400 form.

I am sorry I didn’t mention that, there was no arrest at all, just a ticket to appear in court and the case took only 10mnts with the judge and the case got dismissed right there.

was that ticket a citation? seem like that subjected was cited by a law enforcement officer.

again, the subject needs to disclose all citations.

Yes, it was a citation, in that sence citations need to be disclosed.
