Hi guys, I have a frined of mine and his wife work for a company owned by his brother. But his brother continues to take half of the billing rate from his and his wife's paycheck.

The argument is business is business and personal is personal. And that he never asked his brother to work for his company and that they are free to quit.

I am unable to judge what kind of a person is the one running the company. But am verymuch interested in knowing .. resorting to this forum for a public opinion. .. please express ur opinion... Thanks.

it is not easy to judge just based on the info u provided.

if it is not easy for your friend &wife to find jobs some where else, and his brother is helping them out, then, his brother should still pay whatever was agreed. He can lay them off, but he can never take advantage of your friend . His brother is a peice of shit.

if your friend is capable of getting a higher-paid job but is trying to help out his brother, then still his brother is a piece of shit;
