suppose one big company manager approached you on a friendly
basis and asked you some initial thoughts then engaged you
through the successful completion of a project without making
any offer to you and you also have no expectation but out of
interest participated in the work. Now after completing the work
the big company felt happy and wanted to compensate and
asking your taxid details while you are still working on a full-time
basis to another company. what would you do? remember you
are still on h1b but having completed 180 days after 485 filed and
you have ad.
 
Once you have EAD, You can work on multiple jobs. I guess you won't have any problem in taking the compensation from the other company. You can give a copy of your EAD.
 
For H1B, you need another H1b

If u don't want to use EAD, then to accept compensation, you need second H1b from where u receive compensation.
 
Get paid in kind - barter 6 chickens for 2 goats, etc. That how I ended up with 2 water buffalos, 3 lambs and 2 roosters (long story - I thought they were chicken).
