Guys,
LUD and Status Msg changed again.

Prev Msg:
On October 1, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

Current Msg:
On October 4, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.


I'm bit confused here, if you see only the date is changed in the Msg, what is happening, anybody has any idea, is this normal? Please share your comments.

please could u tell me ur case is at district office or service center.
the reason iam asking is lud changes only if ur case is at service center.
any comments please.

hi,
i also went for FP in the same date sep24 '04 my lud also changed like your's. but only one time changed .plz keep tracking with me.mine also labour substitute ,EB2,RD:3/30/04,lud changes oct 1st.plz update this tracker with more details .140 APPROVED MAY 5th.no LUD CHANGED.

Happened with me too.
LUD changed to "FP received and resumed processing" on Sept 3 and then on Sept 7 after doing FP on Aug 28.

Guess they could not proceed further on Sept 7 to get it approved !
