Your advice please on job change

Hi all,
I am planning to change my job. I have not received
my FP notice yet. My employer is processing my all GC.
So all the process is done by his lawyer. The papers in my hand are
1. copy of I485 application notice
2. EAD
3. AP

What precaution I should take?

Copy of I 140 Approval
Copy of Labour Certification Approval
All Experience Letters along with your current employer
Your H1 Copies, if they need in any future.
No Problem with your New employer for supporting the same labor certification skills and job to match, salary also.

Gap Between the jobs 180 days after I 140 Approval.
