Great Guru.....please Help!!
My girlfriend is a H1B visa holder which will expire in April 2006, and she can't extend it anymore because she's already done that once before (I guess you're only allowed once?). I'm a GC holder for the past 2 years. She's applying for her Canadian PR as well (which she almost guarantee to get) and I really don't want her to do. If I marry her before the end of year, would she be able to stay pass her H1B visa expiration date? Would her US green card application (thru our marriage) be affected while her canadian permanent residency application is pending? I'm really lost in this whole mess. I really love her. Please help!
