Believe it or not but it is 101% true. I came to know from my close friend that one of his colleagues got his GC approval from CSC in last week of March and his PP stamped. His I-485 receipt date was in last week of December 2001. I though only VSC will mess with applications but this is case proved that there is no difference between Service Centers, the whole INS is a total mess.
