I got the FP notice ( in response to my lawyer\'s fax) last week. It is scheduled at Oakland on 10/23.
Now, this evening, after returning home, I saw 4 more letters from INS. There are 4 more FP notices
( 2 for me, 2 for my wife). All are scheduled at Oakland, but on 11/1. Surely somebody is working
overtime at the INS!!
Now what do I do with these new notices? Shall I ignore them? Interestingly, these notices are on
the INS Notice of Action paper (with the flaming torch background). The notices that I got last week
were on plane white paper. However the style and content are identical (except for the date).
